Don't miss the magical moment when the Super Moon rises above the river. Three chances to see it this year: October 7, November 5, and December 4.
Come enjoy the sunset, followed by the moonrise, and a boat full of good vibes Leave the week behind and hop aboard! Our Full Moon River Cruise takes you down the Homosassa River and out to the Gulf, where dolphins are often spotted playing and stirring up fish. Snap scenic photos and soak in the peaceful views, and watch the sun melt into the horizon. On our return up river, the full moon will start to rise and glow above the palms. You don't want to miss this relaxing and scenic journey! Your excursion is lead by Captain Jodi – Licensed Captain and Florida Master Naturalist with insights into the wildlife and ecosystems of the Nature Coast.
