Kayak with manatees on the Chassahowitzka River! We will paddle over beautiful crystal clear springs and see lots of wildlife on the fun and scenic kayak excursion. Chassahowitzka is the most pristine and wild river left in the Homosassa area!
We tell you about the river’s history, ecology, springs and characteristics of manatees. You get an up close and personal look of their natural behavior in the wild.
The best time to see them is in when it is cold. So dress warm and be ready for an amazing experience seeing and learning about manatees!!!
