About the event
This is a neat paddle that runs behind the residential areas of the Homosassa River. These winding tributaries are the primary reason for the major success within the commercial fishing community of Homosassa. This environment hosts lots of barrier islands full of salt marsh, mangroves, and we will likely see dolphins along with the usual cast of river birds: Great Blue Heron, Eagles, and Osprey.
